Hello Fresh – week? 

Eight months and going strong! This week, we had three really tasty dishes, and I finally had an excuse to pull out my spiralizer!

Crispy pesto chicken, zucchini “noodles,”  and roasted parsnips with thyme. Skin-on chicken breasts are browned and then finished in the oven for max flavour. 

Thai Pad Krapow Moo with rice. Sweet, salty, spicy, fresh. 

Steak with tomato-butter sauce and roasted potatoes and cippolini onions. Omg. Butter.
