How fortunate for us that our stop at Canadian Hazelnuts just so happened (ahem) to be right at lunchtime! Amongst their special “Slow Food Tour” offerings, they were grilling these delicious organic hazelnut burgers and serving them with hazelnut-feta salads. Eating them in under the shady canopy of the orchard was and just what we needed to recharge our batteries for the last leg of our cycle.
